INFO ON OUR SMALL SHOP

Let me tell u a bit about this. Actually wife has long been wanting to open up a small business but due to financial contraints and some other factor she had to postponed it. ... the idea to open up the business came strongly again when her sister also has the same idea like her of wanting to open a photocopy business. And when one join the other one .. they become partner .. and they did found a small kedai beside the kfc facing the road to kudat. Wife chose to open a cafe that offers bubble tea drinks. We use to go to Centre Point and bought the bubble tea drinks there. Wife got fell in love with it and told me that this is what she wants to do ... selling this drinks in KB .. hahaa .. easy to say laa!
Her spirit was very high .. (in my mind was the agung's head .. where to find?) .. so we did a little study lah as to where can we find the things to make the bubble tea .. so we search in the internet and .. wa laaaa ... we found the shop and its in KK ... so we go there and found out that the company sells everything from drinks ingredients to cooking instruments and in addition they'll teach you how to use them and how to make the drinks. wow ... wife was happy!

this is the wafle or pan cake cooking set. wife is taught how to cook it.

this one is the sealer machine ... the sealer will seal the cup very nicely and tight and it looks wonderful ... but the price .. mahal jugak ooo!

they'll teach you untill you pandai .. wife made lots of wafle while me and jeremy with joyce sontob them up!

this is the finishing touch .. u spread peanut butter on top and fold it back again .. and there u go .. a delicious wafle!

On the 31st august we finally open the shop. Edith and family came on the opening day .. notice that the counter table is so long that make quite difficult to pass esp. for big guys. ... but this one already being put aside .. so now we use only short one.

A..haa .. only four table at the moment. We bought them from the local furniture shop here.

The wafle cooker .. is now put to test ..quite mahal jugak ni!

Wife with her sister and a worker .. well her husband is their cousin .. we intend to have muslim worker so there'll be no curiousity !

Yes .. if you want to talk about ideas like how i would like my logo to be like? or how the deco wud be ? .. ask Joanne. Joanne has many great ideas .. in fact she's the first one to give comments on the shop in her blog. Thank you Joanne!

RMT AT SK.TERINTIDON

My wife returned to Kampung last sunday and since Jeremy and Joyce's school was closed for holiday on monday, they stayed overnight. Wife took the opportunity to look at her RMT business at the school ... and it's look like Kiko is doing fine at the wok! yummy!

Kiko is cooking mee goreng .. not bad lah!

.. and look at those hungry kids ... u don't get to see this in other place .. reminds you of your own school days! hehe!

Be patience .. those thing will wait for you!

BLACK TUESDAY

..on the 28th of July 2009 ..was the most unfortunate day of my life when the AVANZA I was driving involved in an accident at simpang 4 kg.gunding in Taun Gusi KB. A pick up made a sudden stop in front of me to take passengers .. I was off guard and could not immeadately stop (press the brake) thus rammed into the rear side of the pick up truck. It is not the car that I worried too much but instead the 2 young female passengers that were inside the pick up. Both of them were thrown out during the impact .. one fell on the side of the road and another one in front of ...my ... Avanza!!!! she was bleeding so much on the fore head .. ( I thought she was dying!) .. and the other one lying helplessly in pain near the bus stop!!

..how do I feel on that day? ... it was like hell is getting closer to me! .. I think about the girl safety .. wheather she'll survived or not .. if not .. then my life may be at stake! .. I fear for my safety .. the folks around the area are not so friendly considering the fact that there were a few time road drivers who involved in a minor mishap were beaten to death .. so cruel! After made report to the police station I rushed to the hospital with wife, jeremy, Iyus and Jacob to see the victim ..(altough I know that this is unpopular thing to do considering the girl just had an accident and may be they still angry at me or not) ... I pull myself together to be brave to face the victim's family. Morever i have the support from my brother iyus and in laws Jacob, Tapa, Tina and most of all my wife. ... not to forget with GOD help!

I hurled my hands to them .. to say sorry for them and asked for forgiveness .. one of the brothers was not so keen .. the eldest brother seems to be quite tolerance .. (one of the victim was her daughter 17 yrs old ..SPM student) .. he broke the ice and told me what I need to do in accordance with their adat kampung. .. he asked for sogit ..in terms of money (any value) .. to be given to both victim to ease the tension ..... I later gave each one of them RM300 .. the mother asked for ayam kampung (for the purpose of returning the spirit back) ... I once again gave rm500 to each of them ( for well wish pray) .. last but not least an RM300 to buy the air ticket to Johor as she (the victim) was supposed to be there for registration day at a local semi gov nursing college.

..pheewwww!!!! what a hectic and tiring week for us!

I was browsing the net last thursday when I saw this resort . Its located at crocker range and you go there through Inanam. From the photos, they looked interesting ... this ount one (above) the room .. ok juga kan .. I wonder outside can see mount kinabalu.

Father's Day, June 20th 2009

Father's Day ... It was quite chaotic. Jonnie told to us to come at 7pm .. eventually I was also involved in the SRU Rugby Gilbert Cup final at UiTM at 4.15pm. We only started the journey at 1.30pm which was late already cos we had to settle some matters first and .. biasalah ..kids stuffs! ... Fathers Day was okay .. the food was sedap .. if only we could reached there earlier we could pelan2 makan .. we only reached Hyatt at 7.45 .. the dinner finish at 9.30 ..

Edith and the gang visit

Today, sat 5th of june, my elder sister Edith, Ena, Joanne and Joshue (Edith's kids) came here in kb for a visit.

They got to taste my wife newly invented drinks .. like the one in yoyo .. and Joanne says it's ok lah!

The reason they came here actually was to take some kasturi. Edith has some recipe in mind and need kasturi and lemon for the ingredients. Joan is applying the what .. the 'galah' to get the kasturi.

See .. there's not much of kasturi actually .. joanne was having a hard time to knock them down!

but she did get a handful .. i mean real handful (her palm only) he..he..he

..then ... the others came for help .. 4 is better than 1 kan? .. Jeremy and Atai were enjoying the haul.

and still ... jolok the kasturi ..

everytime they came, they didn't missed the oppurtunity to cuddle Jarrell.

Inter Tech Rugby Tournament 27-30 March 2009 SM Teknik Sikuati Kudat

I was there a refferee together with my buddy, Mus. There were 4 of us (reffrees) who got the call up but man,.. it was tiring cos we were in shortage of reffs. Anyway it was an enjoyable day as I was away for 3 days and get to stay in a nice cosy rest house, away from the hustle bustle of my kids and most importarntly i get to run around the field chasing balls in my quest to lost weight.
